Apparently Brent has spoiled everyone and killed their patience.
I just had a great experience with Steel Thunder Custom Cycles ( http://www.steelthundercc.com ), though they don't sell much that's applicable to our bikes. Too bad because their customer service is pretty darned good so far.
I figure the Triumph stuff will get here when it gets here.
