Have patience.

I ordered the flame painted tank from my dealer. Paid for it, as per their policy. Heard this morning - 10 days after I ordered it - I won't be getting it till APRIL!!!!! So nearly £500 and nothing to show for it yet.
OK I'm ranting at the dealer cos they didn't tell me that at the time, or that I could be getting the interest for that from my own account.

So just wait. They'll be in touch eventually. If in 2 months time they're not, get in touch with your card company then. And only then. If the amount of feedback from here is a pointer as to how many orders they've had (bearing in mind that they'll have had orders from local people and they've have orders from rat.net members too) then they will be snowed under.
