for those of you that think some of us have taken looking into our orders too far...... If this company had a way to let us (the customer) look up the status at their web site much of this would not have happened. You can not lookup anything other than you placed an order. They did not send an email to those that ordered stating anything was back ordered, when it might be in or any thing else. They brought this upon themselfs by lack of communication. I have been "had" by companies before, and always check my order status. This is ESPECIALLY true when they so quickly take my MONEY and send no shipping information. Thye should not even have taken the money until it was shipped (IMHO)
