The last time I did an online order for a Triumph part, it took 2 weeks to find out the part was no long available. These parts are not typically in stock at the dealer. I think most gather up orders over a period of time (2 weeks ??) and do a bulk order from the distributor. That's when they either get the part, find out it's back ordered, or no longer available. Anyway seem's like an antiquated system in this day and age but I guess that's part of the tradition.
