Holy hell. Just because they listed their email address doesn't mean everybody should chime in and annoy these guys. If you want instant gratification, don't place an online order...go to a retail outlet. If it says it'll be a 2 week wait...guess what...it'll be a 2 week wait. If they don't charge your card yet...you should be thrilled. Why would you want them to take your money without having the capacity to send you your order?

The more everyone's panties get in a bunch and everyone decides to "take the matter into their own hands" the better chance we all have of NEVER seeing this kind of sale happen again. From what I've seen, they're a reputable dealer and they're handling everything as they should. Let them be. The more time they spend responding to impatient emails means the longer it'll take for you to receive your order.

Plus...you don't think they're going to make a note of everybody complaining? Ask anybody in retail...they'll take care of the pleasant customers first and save the complainers till VERY last.
