Why start throwing weight around when no one knows if there is even a problem? You gotta figure they were swamped with orders and they did state they will HONOR all 50% orders placed and then offered 20% discount for subsequent orders. They are at least saying the right things. In addition, I believe much of the country in that area had Snow Storm issues at least one day. And they probably aren't staffed like AMAZON.com or similiar.
I got a link to Yahoo to check the status of my order. I plan on giving them a week then KINDLY checking with them, either email or phone. Since they have a physical store, I really will be surprised if there are issues. Plus, I have ordered from them in the past with success.
If they can't honor my order then that is just bad customer service, if my money is taken with no value given in return...then i'll get upset. I personally would rather know I have an issue before I start disturbing the feathers.
