Didn't look at the link that Tinman provided, but it's pretty easy to buy individual goodridge fittings and lines separately to make your own brake lines, this is what I've done fore and aft. I paid about $10 a fitting on bikebandit for the two banjo fittings on the rear brake circuit, and about $32 for the brake line.
