The incident occured in Erie, PA. I happened to be in Erie when it occured. I believe The guy who was the victim, was not a delivery truck driver, but may have worked for a pizza shop or similar. He apparently was used by the perps to pull off the heist by placing a bomb around the guy's neck and providing him with a note. The bomb did go off following the robbery. I believe the guy was in the street when the bomb went off. I don't recall any news of those responsible being caught. Maybe someone from upper PA, Ohio, or western NY can shed some light.
