When we see a car waiting to pull out onto the street in front of us, we are taught to watch the wheels and not the driver to know if the car is moving. Well this rider was doing exactly that and noticed that the car's wheels were turning pretty fast so he braked hard and almost got rear ended.
As it turns out the car was not moving but had the spinning hubcaps which give the illusion from a distance that the wheels are turning.
Another twist, the latest thing coming out aparently, is NON spinners. Rims that DON'T rotate when the car is rolling, sorta like the very center of Bently hub caps, the B is always upright...

Too many mods to list
Not enough miles ridden
I keep wondering what might happen to a dog that tries to hike his leg on one of those finger chopper hubcaps. The non-rotating ones have been used as billboards on taxies around here for a few years now.
