Next to my current red TBA motorcicle, was a '72 BSA 650 Lightning. As ugly as the white frame and metallic orange paint was, that was a wonderful ride. Took me all up and down the US west coast and carried me on my first viewing of Vancouver, B.C, Idaho and Montana.
Mert, my StingRay was metallic blue and was the first one in town with the flipped up seat. The previous years had the flat banana seat. You think I'm cool now? You should've known me then
