I am looking at the speedmaster low profile seat sold buy Brent at newspeedmaster. Can anybody tell me does it come with the latch mechanism. If not how does it install??

It installs with a bolt.
You just remove the post from your fender and use one of his nice looking bolts to fasten the new seat.

Thanks Tony. I already have one of those. But I have a bigger problem. I use a Touring seat for the wife that uses that post. I really like that low profile seat but I would not want to have to switch out that post for a bolt everytime I want to ride solo. Any suggestions??Anybody??

I'll give that a try. I was thinking about the touring seat. With me sitting on the front part of the seat (I weight 200lbs)and the crome bolt in the back of the seat. Do i really need the post Would that be safe. Fast divorce
