Easy Brackets, by all means. You might try the BB Reproductions hard bags, or Saddlemen Jumbo Drifters. Our bikes MIGHT take the Extra Jumbo, I'm not sure.
Then get the short or tall Triumph sissy bar with the rack, and add a gigundo sissy bar bag. You should have plenty of storage at that point.
