A flat tire is my biggest worry when I go on a road trip and is the primary reason I'm thinking of trucking my bike to GA this May.
It will work most of the time. I've read many threads on this. It's not 100% gaurantee but it will work. the trick is to add just enough to slightly inflate the tire and then rotate a few times and wait 15 mins. Then add the rest of the can. Carrying and extra tube will help the garage you get to but changing a flat on the side of the road is really tough. I don't want to carry the tools to do that job.
