My jacket zipper became almost impossible to zip up. It would stick. I was 100 miles from home and had to ride with temperatures in the 40's F. I finally got the zipper zipped up after a frustrating 10 minutes.

When I got home I sprayed it with chain wax, that lube stuff in the aerosol can. It fixed my zipper, now it zips up every time.

Another fix is to drop into a scuba diving shop and pick up a small bottle of wetsuit zipper lube. It's a silicon liquid with a small applicator brush on the bottle.

spit a luggie onto your zipper.

It probably won't work...I just wanted to see if anyone would do it.

I've used chain wax also - But if not careful, it can get a bit messy. Try regular old bar soap. Just run the dry bar up the the zipper.

In order to look the part of the stereotypical outlaw
Triumph rider one should endeavor to mess up the leather enough to give it that slightly lived in look I'd think. To that end I will use some chain wax on my leather jacket zipper forthwith.

I will dispense with the luggie idea though...lets leave that to Harley outlaws.

Anything you use, if it is a spray, it would be wise to spray it into a tissue or rag or something and apply it that way. Don't just point n shoot.

I use the nozzle extension on the can and sprayed with extreme precision. It only takes a little bit. A miracle fix.

Rubbing the zipper tracks with a candle does wonders. AND you don't look like a Bubbleup ad in the rain.
