No, not by a long shot. But it has character and function and it will pull pull a train or beat a racer. Quite frankly, I've always said the R3 was an ugly SOB. But, would I own one? I'd love to! Would I own one of those Victory Retro French Mime/Clown Cycles? Nah - I'm not sure I'd even ride with someone that owned one.
