hardy har har you guys.

I see it more as me absorbing bad karma so that everyone else can have a good time (yeah that's it). I'm the guy that keeps the bad stuff away from the rest of you. Why if it weren't for me who knows what would have happened to the rest of you? I should be thanked but I'll settle for having everything forgotten.

Shari, I'm counting to days to the start of an excellent road trip, that brings it closer.

I live near Knoxville and will try to hook up with you guys near the Cherohala on Thursday, May 3rd. Where and when are you going to hit it? I might also try to ride to Bryson City the end of April for the RAT rally. Is there a link?

So where abouts you live? I'm in Knoxville, we need to get together sometime for a ride.
Speaking of the GA Rally, load her up and come on down. I'm heading down Wednesday afternoon and could use a riding partner.

Call me loco - but I think it's time to check out a ba.com rally...and it's only a short 1200 mile putt from my place.
Fast eddy kind of put the idea out there so you can thank him for this turn of events...eddy's plans are still up in the air as he's got a few more varibles to wrestle with.

My plan is take off on Saturday April 29 and head for Lexington KY - I have some business there on Monday and Tuesday (gotta pay for my gas somehow!). Leave Lexington Wednesday morning and head to the rally. For those more familar with area and can ride along - let me know.

Looking forward to meeting the ba crew!

Jeff

Glad I found this site!!!! I live in Dahlonega, just bought a house in White County (Cleveland), Ga. And am currently in the process of purchasing my new America. Will be glad to join you all for this event. My son will most likely be there as well, but on his, uh-hum, "Harley" ! Hmmmm, I wonder if Yota will showup for another parking lot burnout-----

Since your son can't be replaced, the Harley can... He'll be brought back from the dark side after four days with all of us clowns that show up.

Congrats on the America & get out your check book, you'll have all the tuning expertise in the world soon.

I think I will be able to get the time off from work. Well at least I am not currently scheduled for a business trip. I was just wondering if anyone had extra space for me to share a room or is there camping available? I really don't want to lug a tent, but will if it is necessary. Tentative plans will have me departing on the 2nd arriving later that afternoon/evening.

Well, here's our plan. We are coming up the weekend before the rally (Friday, April 27th) and staying at the Blood Mountain Cabins (thanks Chy & newt!) until Wednesday when we move over to the Raj Mahal. Janet is coming and want to get some practice in on the mountain roads with her new bike before we do any group riding.

She is definitely not up to a 2000 mile road trip so that dreaded word is about to appear again. I am now looking for a 6x10 enclosed trailer to haul both bikes up. I am really hoping that by next year, Janet will be eager to ride there and back. So if anyone knows of any good deals on a 6x10 enclosed trailer, let me know.

Let the beating begin!!!
