Bismuth (IPA: [?b?zm??]) is a chemical element that has the symbol Bi and atomic number 83. This heavy, brittle, white crystalline trivalent poor metal has a pink tinge and chemically resembles arsenic and antimony. Of all the metals, it is the most naturally diamagnetic, and only mercury has less thermal conductivity.
So what does bismuth have to do with this thread.... enlighten a brother por favor.... I have no clue....ride safe...Gordon.... ooooohhhh, the atomic number 83, I get it now,,,,ddddduuuuhhhh

Bismuth it also used in shotgun shells. Thanks to treehuggers not wanting use using lead while waterfoul hunting...little lead in the drinking water never hurt anyone or anything!!! we are all going to die anyway.

Oh yeah. A whole book filled with Yotaisms? Who wouldn't buy that? You should put a disclaimer at the beginning though to make sure no one actually took any of your advice. Legal issues and all, you know.

Or maybe BA.com jeopardy with a "Yotaism" category.

"I'll take Yotaisms for 200 Alex."

"This person did a burn out in a pizza place parking lot for no reason."
"Who is Yota?"
"Correct. you have control of the board."

Hey we could even have a "potent potables" category.

Hey bus driver keep the change, bless your children, give them names,
don't trust men who walk with canes
drink this and you'll grow wings on your feet
Broadway Mary, Joan Fontaine, advertiser on a downtown train
Christmas crier bustin' cane, he's in love again.

Where dock worker's dreams mix with panther's schemes to someday own the rodeo
Tainted women in Vistavision perform for out-of-state kids at the late show.

Wizard imps and sweat sock pimps, interstellar mongrel nymphs
Rex said that lady left him limp. Love's like that (sure it is).
Queen of diamonds, ace of spades, newly discovered lovers of the everglades
They take out a full page ad in the trades to announce their arrival
And Mary Lou she found out how to cope, she rides to heaven on a gyroscope
The Daily News asks her for the dope
She says "Man, the dope's that there's still hope".

Senorita, Spanish rose, wipes her eyes and blows her nose
Uptown in Harlem she throw a rose to some lucky, young matador.

St Helen's blew in 19(80), but not on this specific date in 19(80). So the countdown correlary is a loose interpretation & generalization of the facts.

Tomorrow (since I don't what to stay up to 12:00 and won't remember this in the morning)
Will be the year a large volcano in Italy erupted.....perhaps burying a city.... which is direct correlation of the days remaining to the year of initial eruption.

Also a soft, yellow ,ductile, valuable element in the periodic table. But we all remember that from high school....right?
