it has come to my attention that the reason my photos in posts do not show up is the use of [image] that should be [img]. I just click on the image button in the instant ubb code section. is this something that needs to be changed on my end or is it the site software???

the code has to end with a known identifier acceptable as an image ie: jpg,gif,jpeg,tif,bmp etc. maybe its in your link. That is the correct ubb code.
Get rid of this part of the link {?t=1169430465}
