My Speedy came with a 16t sprocket. That gave me about 3700 rpms at 60mph. I went to an 18t, which now gives me about 3300 rpms at 60, and about 4000 at 75. With a 19t you would be at about 3100 rpms at 60mph. The powerband really kicks in from 3500 and upward. If it was me, I'd stick with an 18t or less for serious two-up riding. I'm 230lbs and always ride solo, and I don't think I'd be happy with a 19t.
