Surprised to hear that, Peter. Wonder what kind of road surface, or temperatures were in play, although it has never seemed to matter much to me. I realize they all can be a little slippery on wet road, especially just after a fresh rain after it has been dry a while. I felt my rear slipping and sliding as I made a couple of turns last weekend, and have before, too, but overall the Metzlers inspire me with enough confidence that I don't let the wet detere me much.
