The weekend was a blast ( capped off by the Patriots victory ) at least for those who showed up . I haven't heard one complaint other than the fact that it would have taken us a month to go through the amount of food I brought for the event . My kids had a great time and I'm sure Rob and John's did as well . The weekend was full of cards , conversation, food and of course ( ssshhhh ) drinks . Yes, we are planning the same get together next year . Mark your Martin Luther King Jr. weekend 2008 now so you don't miss out . There is plenty of room in the heated cabins and for those more hearty folks there is plenty of bunks in the upper loft of the barn . This area is only heated by the large field stone fireplace in the bay below . I'm sure next years event will draw more folks and we may possible have a little of the white stuff on the ground to play in .
