I suspect it may have something to do with location, age, and other details. My 2 bikes are full covered for 12 months at an even $150 a year w/Progressive in northern VA.
I got almost the same rate with Progressive here in Oklahoma. $167 a year for full coverage. Had the same policy since July 2005 with no increases but no claims either.
