Those screws are seized pretty good. Looking at the heads, looks like my dealer stripped them a bit putting the TOR's on, which does not help matters any. prob used an impact.
Going to try drilling out, unless there is another suggestion out there?

I was able to get a good grip on mine with a pair of Vise Grips. Heated them up first (the bolts)with a propane torch to break the loctite loose. YRMV
Good Luck

or you could file a slot with a hack saw, then use an impact driver with a screwdriver blade. The heat is a good idea too

Same thing here awhile ago,

I waved a propane torch over the screw heads for a few seconds and they came right out. I hope you have similar luck. I guess grinding and drilling would be "plan b".

After you get done mutilating and extricating the old bolts, you’ll need to, naturally, replace them. Most Ace Hardware stores carry what you’ll need in stainless steel: M8 1.25 x 20 socket head cap screws.

Thanks gents! All out now. Found some new capscrews locally.

Now just need to install the new T'Bike pipes and try er out when weather permits.
Ordered TBS needles, for tweaking later on.

Cheers!
