Hi Donna.Just for the record I wasn't trying to scare you about the air box thing.Just passing on some info I'd read on this forum.It may never have happened to you,however it has happened to others.By the way,Michael, I remember reading some years back in a steet rod mag that coating the inside of the pipes with white (lithium??) grease would prevent the blueing as well.Never tried it so I don't know firsthand.Anybody else ever heard of this?????Ride safe all,Charlie.
