I installed one of the Triumph power outlets a couple years ago. It uses powerlet, or BMW, plugs. I've never used it, but I got a heated vest last week. I plugged the vest into the outlet, and the sucker won't work! (I know the vest is okay, because I used it on the Trophy, which has a power cord from the battery). Has anyone else had problems with these plugs? There are two wires going into it -- one is black, the other is purple.
