tomv Adjunct Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 691 Huntsville, AL, USA	I just adjusted mine, without them. I had taken the top yoke off to grease the steering head bearings. I used a standard car brake tool (spring puller/remover) to hold the lower (adjuster) nut while I used a 1 1/2 inch socket to torque the upper (locknut) nut.
