Contrary to popular opinion, I can exist outside of urban areas!!

Part of my trip involved a 3 day outback trip around Uluru (Ayers rock) and sleeping out under the stars in a canvas sleeping bag - still only managed to see one wild Roo though!

However, I did manage to eat some curried Skippy while in Alice Springs - proabably tastes like chicken, but hard to tell in the curry!
