Just a guess here and with little to go on...like your location...yes it does make a differance...but based upon your description of your set up and your isues it sounds like your running way to rich...45's are a little large for the triumph short's , and even the 130's are a tad large...the needle # I'm not familiar with but pull your plugs and check tham my guess is there soaking wet...popping on decel is to be expected to some extent when you change to a freer flowing exhaust...due to conditions inheret in the system....so worry about your bogging then deal with the poping!
