welcome to the forum, you can ask all your questions in one post, dont need 3 of them. i personally think the bike is on the rich side, most guys with better flowing pipes still have the stock 42 pilots. go to
http://www.dinqua.com/ and download the jetting calc. that will give you an idea of which jets may work a bit better. and if money is not an issue bring it to a dyno and tune it on there
