I guess someone in Dever took the Broncos loss yesterday way too seriously.

Broncos cornerback Darrent Williams was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting early Monday, his limousine sprayed with bullets in downtown Denver.

It is definitley shocking. Even though the police say that they have no suspects or motive, the timing of it says otherwise.

My condolences to the Williams family and Broncos fans everwhere.

Yes, very sad news indeed. I was at the game New Years Eve and saw him play. He was a good man! We're all pretty shook up about here in Colorado.
Police now know that the SUV that did the drive by shooting belongs to a gang member. It could be related to an incident at a nightclub a few hours earlier.
Actual owner of the vehicle was already in prison at the time. Just a few weeks ago the woman who was supposed to testify against him in a previous shooting was shot dead herself!
