Okay, just got back from renewing. That is one of the worst-designed processes/web forms I've ever seen.
FJ, try doing a job search agent on Intel sometime!!! HA! I was searching their jobs when I was still aiming for Colorado, and let me just say, that besides the BMW Germany Job Search form (which wants to know EVERY detail down to how many cavities you have), it was the most painful ever!! You'd think a big player in the PC industry might actually have a clue... NOT!
