Why not make the renewal date between issues? Or at least send a copy to those members who were valid until the renewal date. After all isn't Torque an advertisment? Hum, I guess the 220 voltage dims the lights somewhat over at the hinckley think-tank. Great day in the morning. I think this issue of Torque rag skipping is EXACTLY why RAT had to reorganize in the first place.
