My Corbin is really hard too, like a leather covered brick. I have over 8k miles on i and it is no better than the first day I got it. After sitting on everyone else's at Ga, I called Corbin and they said send it in and they will make it soft and cushy for me, for free of course since it's less than a year old. I will put the stock seat back on for a few weeks I figure. Man, it hurts afetr 4-500 miles in a day. I want my saddle to be nice and soft like wojo's and Phil's.
