WHat are the advantages/disavd of these two options? The BCS version seems better, although pricier, and includes the stonger studs. has anyone dyno'd this upgrade?
cheers!

weisco is forged and more people run it. it has proved to be pretty potent and very reliable and it is a piston designed for an air cooled motorcycle while form what i understand bcs is a car piston that is cast.

I have posted several dynos of my Wiseco bike. I have done five of them so far and they are the way to go.

the BC does not include the studs, although they say it does. call 'em and find out for yourself.

Wiseco it is then. I have the 790 cc, is it a good idea to get the stronger studs? Do they require retapping of case holes?
thx

The BC kit get's my vote due to the nicasil coated liners. Pricey...you bet, but to me it's worth it. You'll get less wear compared to iron liners. ...beside's, I have one...what else am I going to say

Did you notice much increase in vibration at upper rpms after conversion? The lighter pistons of the BC kit means less mass moving up and down, I would think. I LOVE the way mine (790cc) purrs right now at highway speeds (60-70mph), so not too interested in losing that.
