Recently I sold my Triumph flyscreen to a rider that could probably benefit from it more than I did. At 6 foot 2 inches it took a lot of wind off my chest but created head buffetting for me. It's a great quality screen for the right person. After almost a year I realized it just wasn't for me.
Now I'm looking for a windscreen that I can use on long highway rides, is easily removable and looks good.
I like the removability and quality of the Windvest, but it's pricey. Some of the small National Cycle screens look great, but will they fit on the bike? Are there other screens out there that are big enough to block the wind but that I see OVER and not through.
And more important, how will I know?????
Any suggestions?
