My only worry on the rumoured 1500cc (other than lack of air-cooling which is very UN-Triumph {twin} like) would be the weight factor. If it increases drastically the nimbleness of the current twins is lost (and therefore defeats the point, IMO).
Plus the Triumph twin "heritage" and "tradition" goes through the window, not to mention the current sound.
