A friend of mine a rider for a long time. Traded in one of his bikes for a used T-100 from Cycle Riders. Had it 5 days and while riding with wife, she has a Adventurer. Got rear ended by a SUV, driven by a 18 year old at about 100 mph. Kid had no license and just turned 18.
He got knocked to pavement and thanks his Helment. Broken ribs and Clavicle, Concussion. 3 weeks in hospitle. Now home, says legs are like jelly, has double vision. Local Policeman saw whole thing.
Bike is totaled, but he will be alright.
Thank God

Glad he is ALIVE! Best wishes to the both of them.

And the 18 year old? Jail time? Or slap on the wrist?

Here are good wishes to him for a speedy and complete recovery.

As for the 18 year old idiot, they ought to horse-whip him/her.

Knowing our Penal system, Who knows? What they should do and actually do, are worlds apart. He will probaly be alowed to get a drivers license. His parents should be accountable for letting him drive their SUV.

Hi Ard,
Do these folks need anything? It is around the Holidays and this couldn't have happened at a worse time! If they need any assistance let me know what I can do to help. They are also in my prayers.

V/R,
Trumpy
