What I've found so far:
The titanium valves from the site Dinqua mentioned are $79.95/per valve.
Ferrea estimates about $50-60/per valve.
Manley is what I'll probably go with at about $25/per valve, with a ten day lead time. I'll probably send them one each intake and exhaust to pattern from, just after the new year.
Talking with Bill Gately(Bonneville Performance), he says he only keeps enough valves on hand for jobs he has planned, so he doesn't have extras available to sell. He did recommend to go with 1mm oversize on both intake and exhaust for the best street performance, so that's what I'll probably do.
With my motor torn down I'm eager to order the valves and get everything sent off for machining. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
