Almost always, larger ex. valves don't help very much. Now, if you install a big bore kit (along with those very nice forged pistons ) and then rev your engine a lot, larger ex. valves can be helpful.

But, larger intakes are far and away more important.

Having said that, your hard earned $$$ can more effectively be spent elsewhere. I vote for a big bore kit.
