g,day from auatralia,
Great site, loads of info.
just purchased a 06 Triumph America jet black , very nice........First trumpie but looks like im converted
I,m assuming that the bikes are exactly the same with emmision standards etc.
One little problem i have is the brightness of the neutral light, has anyone fitted a LED style bulb or is there something else i can do....
Went for ride through the Adelaide hills today very nice close to home and very popular with all types of bikes..
P.S. Adelaide is the home of the 04 and 05 pontiac GTO (known as the holden monaro) and the manufactures of harley davidson wheels..

HI Matt
Yep the neutral and indicator lights leave a lot to be desired. Check out Matt the Sandmans home page he has some very usefull stuff on there.

Matt, you can install LEDs that make a big difference. BIG!
I can't recall the web page or model #s but someone will be along shortly that can.

Here is the definitive Thread Page .

I replaced my Oil, Neutral and the big one - turn signal bulbs with LED's. Simple bulb swap, about $20 US and a huge improvement. Welcome btw!

As Sandmann will tell you. Buy one Red and two Green. Whatever you do, DON'T put the bright LED in the high beam indicator. It's far too bright. Unless you'd like to buy the one I have sitting in my electrical junk box that is

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
