You could be right. My place here in ABQ is 5000 feet right on the nose. I thought about the altitude and that's why I was puzzled by the symptoms. One way or another I'll get it worked out. I might have to splurge on a dyno run.
I know one thing for sure, I can't let this free time I have right now be wasted because of a poor running scooter!
