Oh GREAT! now everyone ELSE is going to be moving up here and the traffic is going to get horrible, they'll take all the twisties out of the roads to protect the GOOFBALLS who don't know how to drive in the mountains, and then there will be SMOG, and a fastfood place on every corner, and the already outrageous housing costs will go up even further....
