To me it is just weird that the music that is so popular is lacking in so many of those areas. Most of the country pop stuff sounds like Song A; form 2, rinse repeat, ya know? Sure it has melody, etc, but so unoriginal.. Same with the popular rap, boring... Gotta dig for anything interesting.
And yes we strayed big time. But I'm gonna bring it back around, ready? At least you can hear those sub-woofers coming
