...to talk about the next rally. Bike's been up for the winter for a week now, didn't get to ride it that much during our too short riding season, it's at an off-site location so I can't even tinker with it, and I need something to feed the jones.

There's gotta be somethin better to talk about than OJ, Fox News, and bitchin at the mods.

That would be cool. I have to take my son back to school end of Jan. It'd be nice if the timing worked.

Rob, Matt the yute and I have already tossed the glove on the floor for a sledding challange. I've got a hot pink sled back in VT that'll kick anyone's patoot down the hill

A word of advice to anyone visiting. Don't start a snowball fight with a Vermonter. You'll lose.

He's schooling in Providence, RI, but it's close enough to NH from where I'm coming.

Definitely sounds like a hoot. BTW, as we get older (and everything that goes along with it) do we go faster downhill or slower?

SNOW FORTS!! Sacré Bleu!! You mean you guys don't get enough snow up there for SNOW TUNNELS!!!! We used to have 6 foot deep snow drifts! Now those were the days, having to shovel your way 3 miles into town, sure doesn't get any better than that! Shoot, I might have to bring my Hawaiian shirt up there if it's going to be that mild...

You can make it thru the state of MA top to bottom in like 40 minutes. Barely even a detour from Providence

I'm pretty sure Mr Wizzard proved you go the same speed, but it hurts a lot more at the bottom...

Do you get your driveway plowed? See if you can get the guy to make a pile on each side of the driveway. Then we have a face off.

Now a snowmobile rally would REALLY get my attention! While out in Colorado last year I had the time of my life on one. I did however find out that it was possible to actually capsize one in deep powder snow. Try righting that beast while standing thigh deep in snow!

I'm sure there must be a place close by where we could rent a bunch of sleds for the day.

Chy, they are!! Our friends up in Rangeley, Maine have a stable of them! Two have had some performance work done to them and of course, that's what I wanted to ride Got good enough where I could jump it about 30'. What a great time. Too bad it was so cold!!

Yeah but you could get one of those way cool snowmobile suits to keep you warm.. matter of fact, they would work on a motorcycle too. Hmmm...

Well in my neck of the woods...make that desert...on Sunday, November 26th, there's a Queensryche Motorcycle Run at Arizona Honda.

Now I never was much of a Queensryche fan, although Operation:Mindcrime should be in any metalheads library of CDs. And Silent Lucidity still gets a lot of airplay on Classic Rock radio, but that sounds more like a Pink Floyd song.

Anyway, it might be worth taking a can or two of food down just to help out the Community Food Bank, and if I won a pair of free tickets to their concert that night, I'd probably go.
