Al, I can put my baffles back in with ease, but there is a trick. Take a metal coat hanger and bend it out so it looks like this:

Then you insert the hooked end into the baffle and slide the baffle into the pipe. Use the coat hanger to slide the baffle in and out, and twist it to line up the bolt. The hooks will hold onto the baffle nicely. Then I use a mirror on the back side of the pipe so I can see how the hold is lining up. Once it's lined up, screw it in, and then just pull hard on the coat hanger to remove it. Seriously, it takes less than 1 minute each this way. When I modified my baffles I must have pulled them 10 times in a 2 hour span before I got the sound right, and this method made it painless.
