He might be in a bit of trouble about this. As they tell us in the Concealed cary class, If you ever draw your gun on someone, you will get sued. Also they tell you that you aren't supposed to use your firearm to enact what is essentially a citizen's arrest.
Also for those who don't live in K-town, we had another guy (county commision) draw down on a guy trying to steal a car from his used car lot earlier this week. Certainly an exciting city to live in...
