Benny, years ago when I had my '71 Trophy, when I was stationed at Ft. Benning, Ga. I got a big heavy duty chain and the biggest baddest Master lock I could find( you know the one that can take a 44 magnum round). Never had a problem. I had it wrapped around the frame and took it with me everywhere. As you know, Bonnie has lived most of her adult life outside in my old apatment complex parking lot until about 4 weeks ago. I was very lucky because I just covered her and made sure she was parked under a light near my door. At least 2 bikes were stolen there in the years I lived there. I saw a disc lock in the one of the cycle magazines with an alarm on it that I wanted to try but never seem to have the money. I think a disc lock/alarm, plus the chain would definitely do the trick if you lived in a high access area.
