The "best" I have seen is a 1x2 foot hole dug into the ground (under your car port) with a chunk of 1/2" stainless steel rod (bent into a "U" shape with legs) sunk into the hole and filled with two/three bags of "quickcreet fast setting) then a solid hunk of chain with a VG lock...takes about 2 hours to do and the most expensive part is the lock
