Sal, I just took a hacksaw with a fine tooth blade and cut off the countersink bit off mine. Only took a few minutes and no trouble starting the retaining bolts afterward. They mount with a bolt from the bottom of the yoke as opposed to a bolt running from the top of the riser like the stock units. You do have to slightly enlarge the holes in the top yoke. But also a very easy mod. I got mine from jp cycles a good while back. Seems like they were about 60 bucks.
