BTW I officially bagged the Flathead move contemplated long and hard in earlier posts. In the end I decided living in a friendly rural county with great scenery and no stop lights fits my demeaner better than a place with 25+% growth rates and home prices requiring another $60-80K mortgage cost-of-living increase just to stay even. It was a very personal educational experience to say the least. I am happy and finally sleeping again.

Back to your regular thread programming, I spent enough years in the 4 corners rimrock, red rock country to gain a great appreciation and love for the desert Derek, greenery not needed. One of these days, I'll point the Triumph south for a long spin & take you up on the offer
